Acute Respiratory Conditions

Per the medical settlement, to receive compensation for acute rhinosinusitis, acute tracheobronchitis, and/or acute bronchitis, you must display two or more of the following symptoms, which must also be listed in your declaration or reflected in your medical records:

  • Nasal congestion, nasal discharge, or post-nasal drip
  • Headache, facial pain/pressure, or sinus pain
  • Decreased sense of smell
  • Cough
  • Sputum production
  • Wheezing
  • Shortness of breath
